Refund & Return Policy — Bakeverly

DIGITAL PRODUCTS (Recipes, Guides, Bundles, Memberships)
7-Day Refund Window
You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refundÂ
for digital products. Refunds are only issued for validÂ
technical reasons such as corrupted files, broken downloadÂ
links, or inability to access your purchase.
Once Downloaded — No Refund
Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed it isÂ
considered delivered and fulfilled. We cannot issue refundsÂ
for products that have been successfully downloaded. ThisÂ
includes all recipe bundles, guide collections, and digitalÂ
cookbooks.
Change of Mind
Refunds based on personal preference, change of mind, orÂ
dissatisfaction with content do not qualify. All productÂ
descriptions are clearly displayed before purchase.
Memberships
The Bakeverly Society membership can be cancelled at any timeÂ
with no further charges. We do not refund previous monthlyÂ
payments once the billing period has started.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Cookbook, Tools, Boxes, Liners)
7-Day Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a returnÂ
or refund for physical products.
Conditions for Return
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its originalÂ
condition. Opened or used items cannot be returned.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your physical product arrives damaged, defective, orÂ
incorrect please contact us immediately at bakeverly@gmail.comÂ
with a photo of the damage and your order number. We willÂ
send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customerÂ
unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email bakeverly@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase orÂ
delivery. Include:
— Your order number
— Your email address
— A clear description of the issue
— Photos if applicable (for damaged physical products)
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment methodÂ
within 10 business days. Please allow additional time forÂ
your bank or payment provider to process.
Non-Refundable Items
— Digital products that have been downloaded
— Sale items and bundles once accessed
— Membership payments for completed billing periods
— Gift cards
