DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital products (recipe bundles, guides, collections, 
memberships) are delivered instantly via email after purchase. 
No shipping required. You will receive a download link within 
minutes of completing your order.


PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Estimated Delivery Timeline:

Processing: 3 business days
We prepare and quality check your order within 3 business 
days of purchase.

Dispatch: 2 business days
Your order is transferred to our shipping partner within 
2 business days after processing.

Shipping: 9 business days
Standard delivery takes approximately 9 business days 
from dispatch.

Total estimated delivery: 14 business days from order date.

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary 
depending on your location, customs processing, and local 
postal service.


SHIPPING COST

Free worldwide shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase 
required. No shipping code needed.


TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping 
confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 
24-48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to 
customs duties or import taxes charged by your country. 
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and 
are not included in the product price or shipping cost.


DELIVERY ISSUES

If your order has not arrived within 21 business days of 
purchase please contact us at bakeverly@gmail.com with 
your order number. We will investigate and resolve the 
issue.

If your package arrives damaged please contact us 
immediately with a photo of the damage and your order 
number. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
