TERMS OF SERVICE — BAKEVERLY

OVERVIEW

Welcome to Bakeverly. By visiting or purchasing from 
bakeverly.store you agree to these terms. Please read 
them carefully.

Bakeverly sells digital baking products (recipe bundles, 
guides, memberships) and physical products (cookbooks, 
baking tools) through our online store powered by Shopify.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases. By 
placing an order you confirm you are of legal age and that 
all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. PRODUCTS

Digital Products — recipe bundles, guides, and collections 
are delivered instantly via email as downloadable PDF files. 
Once downloaded they are yours forever with lifetime access 
and free updates.

Physical Products — cookbooks and baking tools are shipped 
worldwide. Delivery times are estimates only and vary by 
location. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused 
by carriers or customs.

Memberships — The Bakeverly Society is a monthly subscription 
billed at $9.99/month. You can cancel anytime with no further 
charges.

All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to 
change without notice. Colors and appearance may vary slightly 
from what is displayed on screen.

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. 
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Your 
order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation 
email.

You agree to provide accurate payment information. All prices 
are in USD unless stated otherwise. Prices do not include 
applicable taxes which are calculated at checkout.

4. REFUNDS

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded. We offer 
a 7-day refund window for technical issues only — corrupted 
files, broken download links, or inability to access your 
purchase.

Physical products may be returned within 7 days of delivery 
if unused and in original condition. Items that arrive damaged 
or defective will be replaced or refunded.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on bakeverly.store — recipes, guides, text, 
images, logos, designs — is owned by Bakeverly and protected 
by copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any 
digital products purchased from Bakeverly. Your purchase 
grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial 
license to use the content for your own personal or home 
business use only.

Sharing, uploading, or distributing our digital products 
is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your 
account and for all activity under your account. You may 
not transfer or sell your account to anyone else.

7. THIRD PARTY SERVICES

Our store is powered by Shopify. By using bakeverly.store 
you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any 
aspect of sales between you and Bakeverly.

Our site may contain links to third party websites. We are 
not responsible for the content or practices of any third 
party sites.

8. SHIPPING

Digital products are delivered instantly via email. No 
shipping required.

Physical products ship worldwide for free. Estimated 
delivery times are 7-15 business days depending on 
location. Once transferred to the carrier risk of loss 
passes to you.

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers 
customs processing or events outside our control.

9. DISCLAIMER

All products and services are provided as is without any 
warranties express or implied. We do not guarantee specific 
results from using our recipes guides or tools. Individual 
results vary based on effort experience and market conditions.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Bakeverly shall not be liable for any indirect incidental 
special or consequential damages arising from your use of 
our products or services. Our total liability shall not 
exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or 
service in question.

11. PRIVACY

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our

12. CHANGES

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. 
Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued 
use of bakeverly.store after changes constitutes acceptance.
